I'd say some reasons for the share price slide is
* lack of visibility on revenues
* lack of announcements re client sign-ups
* lack of brokers following MTL and lack of research coverage
* general malaise in the tech sector as excessive valuations in Q2 give way to more sober assessment given mkt gyrations.
I expect at least the first two points will be rectified in this current quarter.
At a small $13m mkt cap and unlikely to need to call on the equity market for more cash before they break even in 1H16, I reckon MTL is one of the better tech stories.
