Price and volume up quite a bit today over the norm... is it due to speculation about the evidence in the court case leaking out?

The stock should definitely have been suspended until the end of the hearing so that media reporting of the whole case could be available to all, instead of just to whoever had the time to sit in on the case. Also it is quite likely that the wrong conclusion could be made from partly heard evidence.
