Having an office in Jujuy would help in progressing the exploration works. More news flow of mining contractors likely in the new future as they already got few employees to get it ticking along.
Once it gets going, given the number of shares on issue, there will be more pressure on the share price.
I also found this article about Jujuy officials lobbying Elon Musk for lithium mining in Jujuy province. This is probably a good indication of the pro- lithium government support for lithium mining..
