Why should BMN's share price hold back LMR's? I can imagine LMR's price should affect BMN's but not the other way around. Even though they own 54% I don't know why their lack of success should hold LMR's price down below cash? If they pay themselves a divi from LMR then every shareholder in LMR would surely receive the same divi. No? LMR mc has been below it's cash holdings for over a year by the looks of it. Why?
