    Saw Vanguard dump about 100M RDR below 2c when cash was 2.5c

    saw some unknown seller dump millions of GBE mid 2s despite cash being 5c


    the only certainty is once the seller is done the bounce back is very quick and big and overshoots the cash backing

    RDR went to 4.5c
    GBE went to 7c

    this is why I have a 12c target for LMR
