Lend Lease Group (ASX:LLC) has appointed Tony Lombardo as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Mr Lombardo will replace outgoing CFO Brad Soller who resigned in August.
Mr Lombardo is a chartered accountant and joined Lend Lease in 2007 as group head of strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
CEO Steve McCann says the latest appointment will enhance the strategic focus of the group’s finance function enabling continuity in Lend Lease’s key finance initiatives.
Lend Lease reported a net profit of $493 million in the 2011 financial year.
