News: Leopard Resources to make acquisition, raise capital

    Leopard Resources (ASX:LRR) has some interesting news on the horizon in the form of an acquisition, which will be supported by a capital raising.

    In the March 2015 quarterly Leopard said that it was in dialog with a number of interested groups for further funding.

    It also said the board has also been reviewing a number of opportunities.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 8th July 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
