thats right... they have announced this, cos otherwise the rumour mill would have gone overtime (because someone from one of the sides would let slip info about wo was getting together... u just need to know one of the caterers to one of their meetings i guess :-) ), and obviously it would have affected the sp... so in effect, it is quite material...
the name of the company at this stage is negligible... we only need to know once they sign farmin agreement :))
