LOI...hmmmmm..
doesn't really ring my bells because they've been saying "discussions ongoing"..
which is about/similar to LOI..no binding agreement.
perhaps they even begged the company for something positive for lagging share price.
if that's the best they can do after such a long time, god help us for the other assets.
they should be rowing much faster.
