Theres a larger company in US called Monolith Materials who are doing an upscaled plasma pyrolysis plant like what PH2 think they are going to do. Big engineering team and 1billion USD feom their Gov.
They make lower grade carbon black which isn't very suitable for making graphene.
Hazer in Australia is making H2 from a pyrolysis process with a catalyst. Commercial demonstration scale at the moment. Much higher purities of graphite >90%. Yet to mention graphene as such but have tested in batteries with good results.
GMG in Brisbane who are on the TSXV exchange are making graphite/carbon from natural gas as well with University of Queensland and have been doing so with plasma pyrolysis for quite some time. No mention of costs yet but have engaged Wood Group to help engineer an expansion of their production capability. They use their graphene in an Aluminium-Graphite battery. In R&D stage trying to test batteries and move into commercial ops now at a smaller scale.
