    As it was explained to me at the time back in 2015? it was more about LGD's strong back of house merging with someones (SCE's) strong front of house to quickly broaden LGD's customer base and market reach both nationally and internationally and this was considered the cheapest/easiest way. I'm not sure how much of the financials was a consideration. GLTA
