I bought in quite simply, on the back of Legend's profit margins.
That said, I tend to agree with Croke's comment about the strong "front of house" from the SCE. The acquisition appears to have advantages that can be used for the other Legend businesses.
Even just looking at the SCE web site (i.e. their shop front) - it's an "easy-to-find, easy-to-buy" offer.
Cross pollination of learnings and successful strategies from acquisitions should (will) deliver much stronger front of house expertise that will bring sharper competitive edge for all Legend's businesses.
