    • EXECUTED A BINDING CONDITIONAL TERM SHEET TO ACQUIRE MSY GROUP OF COMPANIES
    • COMPANY WILL ACQUIRE MSY AND ITS BUSINESS ASSETS FOR $17.5MILLION
    • DUE TO DEAL & RE-LISTING,TO CONDUCT CAPITAL RAISING TO RAISE UP TO $3 MILLION VIA ISSUE OF UP TO 60 MILLION ORDINARY SHARES AT $0.05 PER SHARE
