    Jan 17 (Reuters) - LionHub Group Ltd (LHB) :

    • Jv formed with industrial manufacturer for land acquisition (LHB)
    • 50/50 jv to be capitalised initially at s$1 million
    • Signed a shareholder agreement with ksl (xc) pte ltd (ksl) setting out the broad terms of a 50/50 joint venture
    • Purpose of joint venture is to acquire land at co's flagship project, xuancheng Singapore techno park, for development
    • Joint venture entered into by ksl and vanda (xc) pte ltd (vanda), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lionhub
