The Junta is meeting with the mining industry reps later in the week. Let’s wait and see how things develop.
As long as there is no riots and bloodshed all is good.
To date the mining industry has not been impacted. However I anticipate that taxes will increase to pay for welfare programs. The locals have been exploited when you consider high level of poverty and prices of basics increasing.
