    re: News: Linc Energy provides significant lo... One interesting point made in the presentation is that LNC is looking for cash up front for the shale oil asset + a minority carried interest.

    This could be along the lines of $300M cash, commitment of JV partner to pay $300M for exploration and LNC retain a 40% minority interest.
