How interesting. Gotta say, based on the hype around the future, this is a cheap deal. Might have missed something but thought 100K moved LIT from 23.7% to 73.7%, then 250K cash moved them to 90% and now another 250K caps it off and the little baby is in the stroller and headed out of the ward.
Now you have to ask, if the current MD and "founder" is willing to cash in at these sort of numbers and revert to "just an employee" going forward then is it the investment dynamo thus far flouted ???
Don't know the personal circumstances but you would have thought that hanging in there at 10% equity would be a far better punt given the glossy future painted by the predator gang..........
