Good luck with the drilling (finally). I doubt you will find any spodumene though. When you have to report your Li in terms of ppm, you know your in trouble (1000ppm = 0.1%Li or 0.047%Li2O)
I think your barking up the wrong tree with directors share transactions. Perhaps you can elaborate.
I read the LIT Supplementary. It has about as much info as a SiLeach. Its focus was trying undermine the BoD and scaremonger LPD holders . Further, some of the information was unsubstantiated tripe and the dilution argument does not stand up to scrutiny.
It was a very defensive supplementary - I would think that a TO bidder would operate a more constructive strategy - focus more on the positives of its own company, if any.
