I called and asked to speak with Joe to discuss taking up shortfall, but was unable to as he was tied up. So I discussed the take up of shortfall with another company rep and received the aforementioned response from them. Unable to speak with Joe by phone I emailed him and received his response as advised in my previous post.

Am I a company rep? No, I'm a state government employee in one of the eastern states.

How much are they paying me? $0. The only money I'll make (and have already made) from LPD is because of appreciation of their SP.

Did they mention how much was taken up? No, but I didn't ask either. All that they said was that any opportunity for me to jump on a shortfall would be essentially non existent.
