If LKE says they have reduced staffing by 50% and then state that they intend additional streamlining, my expectation is that they intend to continue letting people go. It just logically follows that if you are reducing activity then the staff associated with that activity will be let go. You are basing your whole position on the report of an interview given on the sidelines of a conference. It may be accurate, I hope it is, it shows that LKE belatedly have come to terms with current realities.
