Here's my logic. Lithium selling at $80 per kilo, employ the number of people necessary to get the Kachi project off the ground which was hundreds of people. One year later price of lithium is sub $13, reduce employment levels needed to run Kachi in care and maintenance mode.
The argument is simple for months LKE have been telling people that staffing levels would have to match activity levels.
