Maybe. Have owned LLC before. Seem to always be left footed, perhaps directors/senior management not actively following the contracting process from an engineering viewpoint.Last year construction segment EBITA = $78 Million. Now declaring impairment of $350 million!
Other profit drivers developments and investments made $592, and $495 million. A lot of this was non cash "revaluation" of $228 million.
Maybe they can revalue again? In 2019 seems unlikely. Otherwise EBITA will take a big hit and be about half 2018.
