Wow. If you want to buy a contractor just wait for a Contracts stuff-up. In 40 years of watching contracting companies they NEVER learn. LLC seems to have one these beauties each year. And did I see a mention of wet weather?? What in Sydney, where we have had about 2 weeks of rain in the last 18 months!!! Give me a break. Get a decent Contracts Manager who doesn't take crap from salespeople.
