But sorry to disappoint, but I feel you have perceived incorrectly. As it stands nobody knows the details of the as yet confirmed deal. Even if the numbers that are being thrown around HC currently are close, which IMO are on the low side, there will be holders that still come out of this with a profit.

There will be holders that entered at $1 or above. Depending on the details of the deal & how Leo wish to proceed, they may take their loss or may remain with the company. No different than the holders that jumped in at $3 over at your beloved LTR. How do you think they are feeling right now??
