Given the gloom and likely being removed from the 300 its better to cash up big now rather than later.
The CXO costs debacle shows its possible for a DFS mid $US 300s and end up in a costs mess.
Better to be safe than risk being in a mess later whether it be commissioning delays, CAPEX costs blow out, OPEX costs underestimated, Mali issues, Lithium prices or other left field events.
