Well this is interesting.
Ok, so they've sold another 5% at the same valuation as before.
Why?
We are responsible for 45% of costs. How much over budget are we all of a sudden?
We were "fully funded" to production back in September after the US$137mil injection..
Ganfeng had only ponied up US$12 mil out of the US$137 mill as at the end of last quarter - The rest should be coming through this quarter from what I can tell (as LLL are suppose to be reimbursed AU$30 mill this quarter but there's only US$9 mill in the JV accounts).
So if that reimbursement occurs and the 5% sale goes through, we'll have ~AU$150 million in our bank account...
Why? What do we need AU$150 million for?
Really keen to hear the reasons for this transaction.
