And the Mali Govt will likely use that cash to immediately exercise its rights to acquire 10%+10% in the JV, thus ensuring it paid basically nothing for a full 20% stake (under the old code) immediately prior to production and once everything on the ground is paid for and the sector valuations are still artificially (by China) depressed. What a rort.
