I think the structure of this will be to pay the money ($65m USD) directly to LLL, whereas before, the money ($138m USD) went into the JV. So technically, we are selling another 5% of the project for a similar price?
Since we're not really in need of money at the moment, I wonder what LLL will do with the fund, whether they will take a look at the FFX shares...
