Hope the deal is done with Mali Gov at 20% and paid extra $50 m tax/duty. Then Leo owns 32%, not so bad compared to 36% (Leo will have to be diluted anyway because of capex shortfall. Differencce is 10% more dilution due to fxxk Mali Gov/FFX).
