June 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:
** BPER Banca EMII.MI is not interested in merging with rival Banca Monte dei Paschi BMPS.MI , the Chief Executive of Italy's fourth-largest bank, Piero Montani, said on the sidelines of an event in Milan.
** Canada's Brookfield Asset Management BAM.TO said it would buy payments provider Network International NETW.L for 2.2 billion pounds ($2.76 billion) in cash, as it expands its payments business in the Middle East and Africa.
** A small group of shareholders in Colt CZ Group CZG.PR sold 1.74% of the Czech gunmaker in an accelerated bookbuilding process at 555 crowns ($25.29) per share, the company said in a stock market filing.
** Italy's biggest gas distributor Italgas IG.MI signed a deal worth more than 100 million euros ($107.64 million) with Veolia VIE.PA to buy the French utility's stakes in companies running water services in Lazio, Campania and Sicily, the two companies said.
** Australian real estate firm Dexus (DXS) said it is selling one of its premium office buildings in Sydney's central business district for A$393.1 million ($263.7 million) at a near 17% discount to an independent valuation made in December.
** The Auckland Council voted to sell 7% of its 18.09% stake in Auckland Airport (AIA) , New Zealand's biggest, as part of a plan to reduce the local government body's debt.
** ASX-listed Limeade (LME) said it will be acquired by WebMD in an all-cash deal with an enterprise value of A$112 million ($75.21 million).
** Asset manager Energy Income Partners LLC, one of the top shareholders in Magellan Midstream Partners MMP.N , said on Thursday that it intends to vote against pipeline operator ONEOK Inc's OKE.N deal to buy Magellan.
