I thought New Caledonia is a bit too remote despite the feedstock. I agree that Malaysia is still on the table but i hope lessons were learnt from the Lynas experience with their rare earths plant. i guess it's roughly between Indonesia and Phillipines but would be good to have it in a country that also has the raw material(although that didnt stop Lynas either)

Keen to know who the interested JV partners could be and surely Bechtel has an interest in the construction ..
