A benefit imo is that the options are unlisted (i.e. cannot flog them on-market). The prof and soph investors see the potential 12 month+ gain imo, which is positive for us existing holders. Mgt are clearly creating and utilising contacts within govt in the meantime also, hopefully translating to future partial funding. One to keep on the watchlist if not already in.
