Yes that was the first thing i was looking for, usually with these share placements the placement is lower than the market, and the SP goes down, in our case the placement is higher than the market, therefore the shareprice should go up, not to mention the fact that IDG wouldn't be making this investment unless they knew something we didn't imo.
