I wonder if this is a precursor deal to announcing a BTA with IDG? They would know that a multi million tonne BTA will pull the trigger on Magnolia and the Stonepeake payment and technology payments. Net result; LNG over $2.00 ?? Instant big pay day to IDG, LNG moving on project and a race to grab remaining tonnage by other (up to now) tyre kickers.
