    its a bit of a trade off... giving up a 9% dilution at 50c, but possibly getting a foot in the door to china. if thats the only way the chinese will do business, then 9% at 50c might be a pretty fine deal.

    basically, this had better lead to BTA's in the NEAR future (3-6 months)...
