I'm still currently a non-holder. The FERC Announcement is another big tick, but I didn't at all expect it not to happen - though it did get delayed much more than I would have thought. My big concern is still the ability to get BTA's in a timely manner (BTA's are the major thing that ever mattered), and things on this front look like they could remain difficult for quite some time still. Yes having FERC may make this easier but I really don't think it matters that much. Good to see the SP finally respond positively to something though.
