Granting performance share for non performance.Nearly all shareholders are in the red with Link, until there is a more compelling offer of at least $3 per share the majority of shareholders will vote NO .. read the room.Also it is very clear that the destruction in shareholder value over time can be attributed to the executive and board.To add insult to injury the massively depressed share price down to $1.12 has been manipulated to enable such a low ball offer. The fact that it reached such a low point should have been enough to sack the exec and claw back performance shares and exhorbitan salaries.Also quoting a 1 month VWAP is totally misleading and miss guided to try and make out that the premium is significant is deceptive to say the least.RegardsShareholders
