Lonestar Resources Limited (ASX:AMU) has successfully completed the acquisition of UK business Ecofin Energy Resources.
Ecofin is the UK holding company of Lonestar Resources.
As a result of the acquisition, Lonestar’s ASX code will change from AMU to LNR.
The name change will occur next Monday 7 January, whilst the company’s financial year will change from June 30 to December 31.
Lonestar Resources generated a net profit of $3.9 million in the 2012 financial year.
