Hum! Nice to dream of a second plan in the USA.
LPD has only one mine for raw material in Africa.
The risk in my opinion and seen it in the past with small Australian mining companies in Africa spending years of research, planning and issues or re-issues of permits with a good coat of corruptions, and indirect destabilization some Chinese entities;
LPD could end up with processing plans but short of raw material.
Having a mining license in Africa is no guarantee of a secure tenure.
Hopefully some news coming for 2023 or will dump by Easter 2023.
