BlackA.. codelco is not cash strapped, it's a 20 billion company... they are cash strapped only for diversifying into other areas like Li because their main business is copper.. this maricunga tactics by them is probably a delaying thing or showing their masters in govt that they are doing something re Li.. this delaying thing doesn't affect codelco at all but is catastrophic for a company like MSB...
