    June 20 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday:

    ** Lockheed Martin LMT.N has raised concerns with the U.S. Defense Department and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about L3Harris's LXH.N acquisition of Aerojet Rocketdyne AJRD.N , Lockheed's chief operating officer said.

    ** The European Energy Exchange (EEX) T3PA.DE and Nasdaq NDAQ.O said they have reached an agreement under which the U.S. exchange operator will transfer its European power trading and clearing business to EEX.

    ** Global Auto Holdings will buy British car dealership chain Lookers LOOK.L for about 465.4 million pounds ($595 million) in cash, the companies said.

    ** Brenntag BNRGn.DE has acquired Chinese chemical company Shanghai Saifu Chemical, the German chemicals distributor said, expanding its specialties business in China.

    ** Portuguese conglomerate Semapa SEM.LS has bought electric bike frame manufacturer Triangle's Cycling Equipments for 178.7 million euros ($195.2 million), part of its move into businesses geared towards decarbonisation, it said.

    ** British asset manager Abrdn plc ABDN.L said it sold its entire 10.2% stake in India's HDFC Asset Management Co Ltd HDFA.NS for about 35.47 billion rupees (about $432 million).

    ** BPEA EQT and ChrysCapital will buy a 90% stake in Housing Development Finance Corporation's HDFC.NS education finance arm HDFC Credila for 90.60 billion rupees ($1.11 billion), marking India's largest-ever private equity (PE) buyout in the financial services sector.

    ** Civitas Resources CIVI.N said it would acquire oil and gas operations in the Permian Basin from private equity firm NGP Energy Capital Management for $4.7 billion, expanding its operations into the lucrative shale patch.

    ** Rocket Software said on Monday it was giving up its counteroffer for Software AG SOWGn.DE and selling its stake in the company to U.S. financial investor Silver Lake instead.

    ** British sportswear and fashion retailer Frasers FRAS.L has acquired an 8.9% stake in electricals retailer Currys CURY.L , regulatory filings showed on Monday, a week after it forged a strategic partnership with its online rival AO World AO.L .

    ** The Singapore-based parent of Timken India TIMK.NS has proposed to sell an 8.4% stake in the Indian bearings and power transmission products maker for up to $231 million on June 20, according to the term sheet of the deal, seen by Reuters.

    ** India's Shriram Finance SHMF.NS said U.S. private equity firm TPG sold its 2.65% stake in the non-banking financial company to some investors in an open market transaction.

    ** Italy's Mediobanca MDBI.MI has signed a deal to acquire the entire share capital of HeidiPay Switzerland, a company focusing on the "Buy Now Pay Later" segment, the Italian group said on Monday.

    ** Coca-Cola HBC AG CCH.L said on Monday it would buy Finlandia vodka brand owner Brown-Forman Finland Oy from Brown-Forman Netherlands BV for $220 million, as the bottler expands its premium spirits business.

    ** Australia's Lithium Power International (LPI) said it will sell its wholly-owned unit Western Lithium to the Australian arm of U.S.-based Albemarle ALB.N for A$30 million ($20.64 million).
