hmmmm So Bearing Resources Ltd are going to issue Li3 16,000,000 shares valued .55c Cad plus $1.7mil cash for 17% interest, LPI have a 50% interest.... so in Aussie Dollars it would value LPI's 50% at 30.7mil
today. and this doesn't include our other tenements either. as of today our market cap is $22.3mil
Based on the above LPI is way undervalued by $8mil plus.
