I agree when existing shareholders are not given a chance to buy at the “Sophisticated Investor” discount but in most cases LTH can buy up at the same price anyway and sometimes lower when the SP drops to the raised price…….Just shows how Popular LTP is when we never made it back down within ‘cooeee’ of the Cap raise price…..As more and more businesses , mums and dads investors etc etc get to know about LTP the higher the price will go. Not long before we see $1+ waaayyy behind us….IMO
