"they are in the business of making money" cant argue with that thus if you're blocked from moving forward and Li starting to struggle and your offer was 3 bucks then, it makes sense to move on, doesnt mean it is book related.
If I walked into a car yard put a 1k deposit onto a car and then down the road found a car 10k cheaper I would forfeit the 1k deposit and go with the better offer, it is just the way it plays out.
