Apart from the LTR processing plant next door (and maybe even future refining infrastructure), I wonder just how much LTR's current native title agreement and working arrangements with the local peoples in this KV area helped to procure the RNS interest in this convenient JV ? I believe that Mila had yet to sort out their heritage issues and that this was one of the main conditions mentioned in the news release. Perhaps LTR's previous good native title work at KV will help to speed up the Mila drilling and exploration work significantly? Other players may not be in such a fortunate position, especially since the new WA heritage laws came along?
