Liontown bought 100% of the lithium & tantalum rights to Kathleen Valley, W.Australia from RAMELIUS RESOURCES
for 25 million shares of Liontown issued in 2016.

That was worth A$525,000 at the time.

Ramelius was looking for GOLD and therefore kept the gold rights at Kathleen Valley.

There was also a ROYALTY component of A$0.50/tonne of ore mined and a SALES component of 1% of GROSS sales of the ore.

"Liontown's initial focus was at Mt Mann where a PUBLICLY AVAILABLE REPORT & PREVIOUS MAPPING has documented a SWARM of spodumene pegmatites.

One Transverse Rock Chip from Mt Mann reported results of 3.9%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 1.2% Li20 for an average of 1.2% Li20
and an average of Ta2o5 of 195ppm.

Liontown is planning to commence systematic rock chip sampling across all pegmatites 3 . 5 km x 1 km s w a r m
followed by RC drilling."

In 2021, Ramelius Resources was PAID IN CASH OF A$30.25 Million to "T E R M I N A T E THE ROYALTY DEED."

My Comment:
From the above, Liontown obtained the REPORT THAT WAS PUBLICLY AVAILABLE AND PREVIOUS MAPPING + 1 ROCK CHIP SAMPLE AS ABOVE. When the Mt Mann & Kathleen's Corner Mineral Resource was later done, the grade was 1.4% Li20 @21Mt.

So, in the JV with Mila Resources, again, the area is NEAR MT MANN & KATHLEEN'S CORNER.
Why? Mila Resources , London listed has the LICENCE E36/876 that is ACROSS THE BOUNDARY to Mt Mann & Kathleen's Corner.
Per the Jubliee finding from rock chips taken 200-300m across the BOUNDARY F R O M M I L A'S E 36/876 LICENCE, Kathleen Valley.

Liontown themselves stated of Kathleen's Corner & Mt Mann , it is OPEN along strike and at Depth.

So, history for Liontown starts afresh, as Liontown started off AT MT MANN after buying their licence from Ramelius.
