News: Ludowici awarded US contract

    Ludowici Limited (ASX:LDW) has won a deal in the US worth about $4.5million – its largest contract for vibrating screens in copper processing to date. 



    The mining services company says the screens will be used in a copper crushing operation.

     

    Earlier in the year, Ludowici received a takeover bid and is currently being pursued byFLSmidth and the Weir Group.

     

    In the full year to December 31, 2011 Ludowici posted a net profit of $10.7 million.
