It would have been out of business in 2 quarters otherwise.
Something is better than nothing for the shareholders. Those who bought at the bottom doubled their money.
It could have been a lot worse.
The fact that this isn't in a trading halt and you can sell at the offer price is pretty good and uncommon too.
