Can anyone guide me through the mess at Livehire. They have a rival bidder that now holds nearly 19%, which is just shy of the 20% takeover blocking % if I understand correctly. I stand to take a large loss on my shares in this company by selling now, however I just dont know what will happen once their rival gets past 20%. Harvestlane is the rival. I fear the worst. Any guidance would be really appreciated please.
