Go and read what Harvest Lane is all about on their website. I don't think it is their intention to make a takeover. I suspect they are looking to squeeze more out of the current bidder or maybe assist an alternative bid. I bought in a bit over a month ago because I felt this was ripe for a takeover and also saw the CEO had bought up a large parcel...the key now is to secure the best price possible for shareholders. 4.5c seems rather lowball but you need bidding tension or blocking stakes to force a better deal.
